Platform Usage

Engazly provides AI-assisted revenue operations tooling for Shopify merchants and e-commerce operators.

Merchant Responsibility

Merchants remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and managing operational decisions, pricing strategies, merchandising changes, and Shopify content updates.

No Revenue Guarantees

While Engazly provides forecasting and optimization systems, individual merchant results may vary depending on traffic, product quality, market conditions, operational execution, and customer demand.

Subscriptions

Intelligence, Growth, Growth Pro, and approved Managed Intelligence subscriptions are paid subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated in an accepted written offer, payment is collected when checkout succeeds and subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

A new qualifying merchant may request a refund of the initial subscription payment within 30 calendar days after the first successful payment. The guarantee is available once per merchant organization, beneficial owner, and verified Shopify store.

Renewals, add-ons, usage overages, separately scoped services, third-party costs, fraud, duplicate enrollment, chargebacks, deliberate resource abuse, and material Terms violations are excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and protected access ends through the refund workflow.

Founding Merchant Guarantee

A qualifying Founding Merchant may request a full refund within 30 calendar days after the first successful Founding payment. The qualifying activation fee and initial Founding commitment collected are included. Separately scoped services and third-party costs are excluded.

Founding Months 4–12 Discount Eligibility

A Founding Merchant who completes the initial 90-day commitment may receive 50% off the standard recurring Founding tier price during months 4 through 12 while remaining in continuous good standing.

Continuous good standing requires all undisputed Founding payments to remain current, no active chargeback or completed refund affecting the Founding enrollment, compliance with these Terms and applicable plan limits, and no fraud, credential sharing, deliberate resource abuse, or material misuse. Eligibility does not require a testimonial, endorsement, published case study, specific revenue result, or uninterrupted Shopify connectivity.

Ordinary outages, sync issues, Engazly service interruptions, and good-faith payment disputes under review do not by themselves remove eligibility. A completed Founding refund, effective cancellation or tier departure, unresolved nonpayment, active chargeback, fraud, credential sharing, deliberate resource abuse, or material Terms violation ends or suspends future discount eligibility as applicable.

Cancellation

Merchants may schedule cancellation through the authenticated account workflow or another written method identified in the applicable offer. Cancellation prevents future renewal after its effective date but does not automatically create refund eligibility.

Acceptable Use and Resource Protection

Access may be limited or suspended when Engazly reasonably identifies fraud, unauthorized access, automated abuse, spam, deliberate resource exhaustion, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass plan allowances and security controls.

Service Availability

Engazly may update, improve, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform during maintenance, upgrades, or operational improvements.

Limitation of Liability

Engazly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses resulting from platform usage.
