3.2 Customers:
- Customers must provide valid information when placing orders, including shipping details and payment information.
- Customers agree to pay for all products or services ordered through the platform.
- Customers must ensure their activities on the platform comply with all applicable laws.
4. Account Registration
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- When registering, users agree to provide truthful and accurate information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Any activity conducted through a user’s account is their responsibility.

- Engazly offers optional marketing services, including social media management, SEO, and advertising campaigns. These services are subject to separate agreements and fees.
5.3 Logistic Services (Shipping and Delivery):
- Engazly partners with logistics providers to offer discounted shipping rates.
- Delivery times and terms depend on the shipping provider and are subject to their policies.
5.4 Payment Gateways and Installment Payments:
- Engazly integrates local payment gateways to offer a variety of payment methods, including installments, where available.
- Payment options may vary by country and are subject to local banking regulations.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Vendors:
- Vendors must pay all applicable fees for using the platform, including subscription fees, commission-based fees, or any additional service fees.
- Vendors are responsible for any tax obligations related to their sales on the platform.
6.2 Customers:
- Customers agree to pay for all orders at the time of purchase unless using an installment payment option.
- Engazly reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

- Vendors retain ownership of the content they upload (product images, descriptions, etc.), but grant Engazly a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform.
- Unauthorized use of any content on Engazly without permission is prohibited.
8. Liability Limitations
- Engazly is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
- Engazly provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties or representations regarding the functionality or performance of the platform.
- Vendors and customers use the platform at their own risk. Engazly’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes between vendors and customers must first be addressed directly between the parties.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, Engazly may assist in mediating the dispute but does not guarantee a resolution.
- In the event of a legal dispute, the matter shall be resolved under the laws of the country where the vendor or customer resides, as outlined in the Governing Law section.
